This Shipping Policy explains where Stoneford ships, how orders are processed, estimated delivery times, tracking, and what to do if you experience a delivery issue.

Stoneford currently accepts and ships orders within the United States only.

Shipping Information

Shipping cost: We offer free tracked shipping on eligible orders placed through shopstoneford.com, unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or United States federal holidays.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is normally 6–10 business days, consisting of:

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, high order volumes, holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information, remote delivery locations, inventory issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Tracking updates may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or on different delivery dates. Where available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Address and Order Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Stoneford is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incomplete or inaccurate address supplied by the customer. Additional reshipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

Delivery Confirmation

An order may be treated as delivered when the carrier's tracking information records delivery to the shipping address supplied during checkout.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building manager, and the carrier before contacting us.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@shopstoneford.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and assist with the next appropriate steps.

Damaged Packages

If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all included components.
